The health and safety of our conference attendees is our top priority. The ITherm 2022 conference Organizing Committee remains vigilant in monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. ITherm 2022 is planned as an in-person event. We look forward to you joining us in San Diego, CA.
Our community's wellbeing is extremely important to us, and our goal is to host a safe and rewarding in-person conference. We will continue to monitor and adjust our health protocols as needed and will update this page regularly with information about our plans for our attendees, exhibitors, and staff on-site.
Beginning April 1, the State of California has lifted entry requirements for mega-events. See current regulations here. Providing proof of vaccination or negative test results will not be a requirement for entry to ITherm 2022. We will monitor these guidelines closely and provide any updates on this page.
The health and safety of the participants and volunteers alike remains a top priority. With a focus on coming together safely this May, we will be implementing the safety protocols below for all in-person attendees
Before Leaving HomeAs part of Marriott International's family of brands, the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina have implemented a variety of new protocols and elevated practices, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with their high standards of cleanliness and commitment to providing excellent service.
We encourage you to register for in-person attendance only after you have received travel authorization from your sponsor. Once you register, the conference anticipates your participation and incurs financial liabilities for your participation. If a change in your sponsoring organization's travel policy necessitates cancellation after you have registered and paid, standard conference cancellation policies will apply.
Author RegistrationAt least one of the authors listed on an accepted paper must register for ITherm 2022 by the author's registration deadline. For the paper to be published in the IEEE Xplore proceedings, the paper must be presented at the conference.
