Notification of Acceptance: November 3, 2025 November 14, 2025
Submission of Abstracts (500-word limit with no figures, tables, or graphs)
- To submit an abstract, or revise your submission, please visit: https://www.xcdsystem.com/itherm/abstract/index.cfm?ID=ZXTimgM
- For a new account, select “Click Here to Create a Profile”. If you already have an account simply log in using your previous credentials. Please save your login credentials as you will need them to check the status of your abstract/paper and submit papers.
- After logging in, click “Click Here to Start” below NEW ABSTRACT on the main page.
- Click “New Submissions.”
- Enter the Title and Abstract (500-word limit with no figures and tables).
- Choose the Track from the 5 choices. Consider reviewing the Call for Papers to make your decision.
- Choose a Topic(s) closest to your work. This selection helps us put your abstract in the right session and match it with appropriate reviewers.
- Check the boxes regarding in-person attendance of the conference and the limited use of AI for paper submission.
- Click “Submit Abstract.”
- Add co-authors (based on existing contact profiles or by creating new profiles) and assign a Primary Presenter and a Corresponding Author (under Additional Roles) for the abstract/paper. Click “I am Done” to complete the abstract submission process.
- Once the abstract is submitted, you may review and edit the submission under “Submission Home.”
- Once the acknowledgement email has been received, the contact author and co-authors can login into the paper management system (https://www.xcdsystem.com/itherm/abstract/index.cfm?ID=ZXTimgM) to check the status of the paper.
If you wish to submit another abstract, please repeat steps 3-5.
