We are looking forward to having you at ITherm 2026! Please read the information below

Set-up

Exhibitors can start setting up on Tuesday, the 26th after 1 PM. Registration will be open 1-5 PM that day and we will be there to check you in and help with whatever you may need. It will be located in the Del Lago Prefunction area on the ground floor of the Conference Center.

Registration will be open:

Wednesday 6:30 am – 5:30 pm

Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Friday 7 am – 3:00 pm

Booth information

If you have a full booth, we will provide you with a 6-ft full-size table and 2 chairs will be provided. If you have a half booth, the table will be 4-ft long and one chair will be provided.

Additionally, each booth will have its own power cable (standard US Type B (NEMA 5-15) with a grounding pin, 120V 60Hz).

If you’re scheduled to give an exhibitor talk (you can check the schedule here), we ask that you use this link to submit your talk title, abstract and the speaker profile.

Run time

Exhibits will run through Wednesday & Thursday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday, May 29th from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. You can contact FedEx (see information above) in order to arrange for any post-conference shipping needs.
