Set-up

Exhibitors can start setting up on Tuesday, the 26th after 1 PM. Registration will be open 1-5 PM that day and we will be there to check you in and help with whatever you may need. It will be located next to where the exhibitor booths will be set up in the Del Lago Prefunction area on the ground floor of the Conference Center.

Registration will be open:

Wednesday 6:30 am – 5:30 pm

Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

Friday 7 am – 3:00 pm

Booth information

If you have a full booth, we will provide you with a 6-ft full-size table. If you have a half booth, the table will be 4-ft long. We will also provide 2 chairs for each booth.

Additionally, each booth will have its own power cable.

Presentation

If you’re scheduled to give an exhibitor talk (you can check the schedule here), we ask that you use this link to submit your talk title, abstract and the speaker profile.

End time

Exhibits will run through Friday, May 29th at 12:30 PM. You can contact FedEx (see information above) in order to arrange for any post-conference shipping needs.
