We encourage all students who have a submitted draft paper, and are the primary author of the paper, to apply to participate at the Student Poster and Networking Session. This special event provides additional opportunities to present your work and network with attendees from industry and academia.
Travel Grants:
Students who apply will be competitively selected for the travel grants (limited in number so apply soon!) to help attend the conference in Orlando, Florida.
Conference Awards:
Outstanding posters will be selected for conference awards based on technical merit, clarity and self-sufficiency of the content, novelty and originality of the work, overall impact of the poster display, and oral presentation at the session. Requirements to apply for Student Poster Session:
- Must be a student at the time of the poster presentation
- Student must be the primary contributor of the work presented in the poster presentation; poster presentations cannot be shared among co-authors
- Student must have submitted the draft paper by the extended deadline
- Only one poster submission allowed per student
- Must agree to present the poster in-person at the conference on Thu, May 28th
- Must submit the e-poster and final paper by their respective deadlines
