Standing at the edge of the Front Range, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, this Denver International Airport hotel, showcases the state’s alpine charm and offers guests a welcome reprieve from the typical mountain resort stays.
Hotel Information
The Nightly Resort Fee of $23.00 plus tax (included in discounted rate) will cover the following amenities:
- Daily $10 dry cleaning credit
- Two bottles of purified water
- Daily seasonal afternoon treat
- Complimentary use of hotel bicycles
- Daily class offerings at the fitness center
- Complimentary use of the basketball & tennis courts
- Complimentary access to on property water amenities
- Local, toll-free, and domestic long-distance phone calls
- Use of scheduled shuttle service from commuter rail stop
- Complimentary high-speed internet access in all guest rooms
The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently a combined fifteen and a quarter percent (15.25%). Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at the guest’s discretion.
Airport transfer to/from hotel is not provided
Baggage will be stored at no charge for early arrivals and late departures.
The reservation cut-off date shall be May 2, 2024 at 5:00 p.m MT. After this date, the group rate may not be available.
Cancellation policy: Hotel will refund deposits if cancellation notice is received prior to 6:00 p.m. five (5) days prior to the arrival date.
