Exhibitor Program
Exhibitor: $2,850
- 8 ft. x 8 ft. display area space with 6 ft. x 30 in. table provided with 2 chairs

- Free exhibitor passes are available upon request (not eligible for conference sessions, breakfast and lunch)
- Acknowledgment as an Exhibitor in the Final Program
- 12-15 min invited presentation in Technical Session

Notes for Exhibitors:
One standard electrical outlet is included in your booth package. You do not need to order the outlet unless you need something special.
Internet access will be available throughout the exhibit hall.
Instructions will be e-mailed to all Exhibitor contacts on how to register Conference Exhibitors and Booth Attendants. Please be sure to follow these steps for registering as exhibitors.
Show Management does not insure nor accept responsibility for Exhibitors’ property. It is recommended that each Exhibitor obtain insurance appropriate to his/her needs in the event of loss.
All logos & promotional materials need to be received by March 31, 2024
